		<description>Citibank has really come out with some cool credit cards these days, especially for college students. Hopefully when this whole darn credit card mess is worked out right, then my credit score will elevate but my spending wont. I&#039;ve learned my lesson. Credit cards are for emergencies only in my opinion, but then again they do come in handy to buy groceries every month. Heck 
I met two budgets in a single store. I stayed on budget for all the groceries, and I stayed on budget for how much I had planned in my mothly budget.  Well, enough of my rambling.</description>
